The house has 2 fully furnished bedrooms (double beds) and 2 bathrooms, each with their private shower, sink and toilet. It has a well-equiped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker,...), a dining table and a comfortable living room with couch and tv. The couch in the livingroom can pull-out to accomodate two additional people.
In front of the house you will find a luminous veranda with sliding doors giving out on the garden and pool, ideal for indoor-outdoor living in both winter and summer time. The garden is 3500m2 and includes a terrace and dining table with umbrellas, a pool and a wooden deck with sunbeds offering plenty of outdoor living space to relax under sun with the soft sound of crickets.
There is a private parking space (with gate) for 2 cars.
The house is walking distance (200 meters) from the river Cèze and the famous "Cascades du Sautadet" offering lots of opportunities for swimming, fishing and other recrational activities. The location als offers lots of walking and cycling trails in the surrounding nature, vineyards and villages.
There are many beautiful villages and sites to visit around within 30-45 minutes drive (Avignon, Uzes, Pont du Gard, Grotte des Demoiselles, Grotte de la Salamandre,...)
