Just 2 kilometers from the historic center of Uzès, Villa Couronne is a lovely house with a large enclosed garden and heated private saltwater swimming pool. The house is located on the edge of Uzès in a protected forest or nature reserve in the quartier Font Froide. The location and facilities are ideal for a relaxing holiday, but are therefore also ideal for working at home.
With only a handful of houses in the area, you can fully enjoy peace and quiet while you can visit the liveliness of Uzès in no time by car, bicycle or on foot.
On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace for cold evenings in autumn and winter. Furthermore, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a dining room on the ground floor and two steps lead to the large and well-equipped kitchen and pantry.
On the largely renovated first floor there are two bedrooms with a completely new bathroom. An office is also located here, which can be made available for 'working from home'. This is not included in the rental as standard.
In our large shady forest garden is the swimming pool (8x4) with six sunbeds. The pool is seasonal and closes at the end of September/October depending on weather conditions. There is a large garden table (3 x 1.10 m) and several seating areas.
You can now also barbecue in the garden in the summer because we will have a large gas barbecue from 2023. In the spring and autumn you can choose between coal or gas.
