Villa Couronne! A holiday home with atmosphere!
Just 2 kilometers from the historic center of Uzès is Villa Couronne, a lovely house with large enclosed garden, air conditioning (in bedrooms) and heated private saltwater pool. The house is located on the outskirts of Uzès in a protected forest or nature reserve in the Font Frodede district. The location and facilities are ideal for a relaxing holiday, but are also ideal for working from home.
With only a handful of houses in the area, you can fully enjoy peace and quiet while you can visit the liveliness of Uzès in no time by car, bike or on foot.
On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace for cold evenings in autumn and winter. Furthermore, a cozy bedroom and a large bathroom. There is also a dining room on the ground floor and the large and well-equipped kitchen and utility room are accessible by two steps.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a small but fully equipped bathroom. An office is also located on this floor which can be made available for working from home. This is not included in the rental as standard.
In our large shady forest garden is the swimming pool (8x4) with six sunbeds. The pool is seasonal and closes at the end of September/October depending on weather conditions. There is a large garden table (3 x 1.10m) and there are several seating areas.
In the garden you can barbecue in the summer because we have a large gas barbecue. Open fires and coals are strictly forbidden in high season.
