Welcome to this architect's house, built in 2024, it is a real haven of peace designed to live in harmony with its environment.

Designed according to bioclimatic principles, the house combines modern comfort, natural light and respect for nature. Each space has been designed to take full advantage of the seasons, offer a pleasant temperature all year round and create a soft and soothing atmosphere.

Outside, let yourself be seduced by the swimming pool and the relaxation areas, perfect for savouring every moment under the sun. Here, everything invites you to let go: calm, light, and that unique feeling of being on holiday... all year round.

Whether it's for a stay of discovery, a moment with the family or a timeless interlude, the house offers you much more than just accommodation: a real experience of well-being.

A retired teacher, passionate about architecture and ceramics, I imagined and built this architect's house in 2024, guided by the love of shapes, materials, light, in a wooded plot.
Seduced by the atmosphere of the Gard, the kindness of its inhabitants, the proximity of the pottery workshops and the cities of Uzès, Avignon, Nîmes, the richness of the gastronomy and wines, I wanted to create a place where you feel on holiday all year round.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If for any reason the renter wishes to cancel the booking, they must always confirm this by e-mail to the owner (even if they have already communicated it by phone, for example).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the tenant's written cancellation:

- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.

Through the French doors to the terrace, you can walk straight into our forest for a walk.
Eating with French doors. The table can be enlarged on both sides. In the early and late season, the gas heater can be turned on when a cool evening presents itself.

The well-insulated house is clad on two sides by Jan with natural stones found all around the site. It has become a real puzzle. It also provides a rustic effect.
