This bungalow is located in the most beautiful spot of the Le Mattas park.
Our house number G8 is known for the beautiful and wide view.
The house is equipped with all comforts to spend a carefree time.

Completely renovated in 2018, the bungalow is in perfect condition and adapted to today's standards.
Two bedrooms with beds with wonderful box spring mattresses. In addition to the master bedroom from which you have a direct panoramic view, a bedroom where two, with the possibility of three sleeping places, are available.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is modernly furnished with a combination oven, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer. There is an electric hob with 4 burners.

The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Satellite (NL) TV is located in the living room. A cozy space to spend the late evening. The sun terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and living room.

The terrace consists of 2 layers. A seating area with comfortable modern lounge furniture, which can be installed under the existing canopy or not. For the colder evenings there is a heater. The second terrace is one floor lower and is equipped with sunbeds.

The house is part of a Dutch park, where the houses are built against a mountain wall. As a result, in addition to the view, there is also a lot of privacy from the sun terrace.
