Villa Lys is a lovely 8-person villa with light & space and has a large open kitchen/diner with cozy lounge plus 4 bedrooms. Also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Villa Lys consists of 2 beautiful, individual floors, where you reach the other floor from the outside (there is no indoor access to the villa).
Outside you will find a wonderful relaxation pool in beautiful natural stone. 1 Beautiful garden on the sunny south, 1 garden with a view over the valley and the river. The 3rd garden is extensive, under the trees, with various views of the beautiful houses and the unique church. The house always has sun and shade, all day long. Quietly located in La Roque sur Cèze. Villa Lys is located in a protected monumental village that is on the list of France's 140 most beautiful villages. What makes Villa Lys unique is the atmosphere of the house, very natural, located on a quiet side street. It is a beautiful walking area, just 5 minutes from the Cèze river. The beautiful waterfalls 'Cascades de Sautadet' are a 10-minute walk away. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the center of Goudargues or Bagnols sur Ceze.
Villa Lys has 3 beautiful gardens where you can lie down, relax, barbecue, sunbathe, eat and drink......
NB We rent Villa Lys to 1 'tenant'. As a tenant you then have complete private use of the gardens and the relaxation pool. Low season: With a total of max 4 guests you can use 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (= 1 floor). The other floor will then remain locked. It is possible to book this as well, but you will pay extra because of the use of multiple bedrooms and bathroom. During the high season, Villa Lys is always rented in its entirety.
