Our villa is built on a slope and therefore has two ground floor entrances. The ground floor on the lower floor is the gite. There is no connection between the two residential units. The house is not rented out and we do not live there. The cottage is secluded with a very spacious garden with a large private swimming pool with a fabulous view of the Gate of the Cevennes.
It is not overlooked and completely private but still within walking distance of the center of Anduze. The gite has an area of almost 80 m² with its own driveway and entrance. The gite has a living room with beautiful views, a dining room and open kitchen. The cozy terrace surrounded by olive trees has a view of the Cévennes and is ideal for spending the evening or looking for the coolness of the tall pine trees further down the garden. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
An extra bedroom can be booked as an option, this is located in the pool house and only suitable for adults because it is located directly on the pool. The bedroom has a large double bed, private WiFi, flat screen TV and a sink. The bathroom of the pool house is located right next to the room, as is the outdoor kitchen.
