Our villa is built on a slope and therefore has two ground floor entrances. The ground floor on the lower floor is the gite. There is no connection between the two residential units. The house is not rented out and we do not live there. The cottage is secluded with a very spacious garden with a large private swimming pool with a fabulous view of the Gate of the Cevennes.

It is not overlooked and completely private but still within walking distance of the center of Anduze. The gite has an area of almost 80 m² with its own driveway and entrance. The gite has a living room with beautiful views, a dining room and open kitchen. The cozy terrace surrounded by olive trees has a view of the Cévennes and is ideal for spending the evening or looking for the coolness of the tall pine trees further down the garden. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.

As an option, an extra bedroom (bedroom 3) can be booked, which is located in the pool house and is only suitable for adults because it is located directly on the pool. The bedroom has a large double bed, private WiFi, flat screen TV and a sink. The bathroom of the pool house is located right next to the room, as is the outdoor kitchen.

We are Femke and Pim, proud owners of a beautiful holiday home in idyllic Anduze. We have lost our hearts to this piece of paradise, with breathtaking views over the Cévennes and the pure, unspoiled nature that the area has to offer. We always relax here ourselves through wonderful walks through nature, cooling off by the river or a dip in the private pool at the house and let's not forget the delicious food!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mentioned rates include:
* linen, bath towels, dressing gowns and towels
* swimming pool: open from approximately May/June (depending on the weather) to September; unheated
* WiFi (fiber optic)
* electricity and water
*Tax

Deposit: 1/3 part upon signing of the rental agreement. Remaining part and deposit: 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 8 weeks, no refund will be made. Therefore, taking out cancellation insurance is recommended. In the event of premature termination of the stay, the full rent remains due.
Deposit: this amounts to € 400 and will be refunded one week after the end date, provided there is no damage, no items missing, no extra cleaning costs and no other costs have been incurred as a result of the Guest's stay. Guests must report any damage to the manager before departure.
