The detached house is on the ground floor and very practically furnished. It is south-west oriented and is located in a very quiet location with beautiful views over the mountains and only 1 km from the center of Anduze. There are several terraces to make the most of the shaded and sunny spots - breakfast on the east in the morning and the balmy summer evening on the west in the evening. There are 3 bedrooms with QUEEN beds and quality mattresses. It is possible to rent a 4th bedroom with its own entrance and bathroom and toilet. This space is for rent as a B&B outside the high season.
A few km away is the largest bamboo forest in Europe, an absolute must for garden lovers. At 40 km you can visit the Roman city of Nîmes and the famous "Pont du Gard". The Mediterranean beach is more than an hour's drive from Anduze.

Hello, I'm Marianne and I've been the owner of this lovely property since June 2016. I have lived in France for more than 25 years and in Anduze for 11 years. I live there permanently with my 21-year-old son, except during the summer months. The house is therefore fully equipped and the garden is regularly maintained.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: NO CHARGE.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent.
If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made. The tenant can take out cancellation insurance with his/her insurance company without obligation.
