Luxurious and spacious (100m2) gîte in a beautiful 18th century building in the south of France. The property is located in a valley of the River Cèze and is surrounded by fields of lavender, vineyards and fruit orchards. Here we have realized 3 gîtes that are equipped with every luxury and comfort.

Gîte Magnolia has a beautiful view and offers 3 bedrooms: An attractive open master bedroom with a spacious box spring (180x220); a second bedroom with a single box spring (100x210); and a children's bedroom with bunk beds (90x200 and 140x200). There is therefore room for a maximum of 3 adults plus 3 children.

In the living room you will find the dining table, sitting area, TV (with Netflix), fireplace and the open kitchen with cozy bar. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities (including dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc). The bathroom has a spacious rain shower, double sink and toilet. The gîte has a (spacious) balcony with seating and a private terrace with a picnic table and sun loungers. The gîte has air conditioning for the hot summer days.

Le Mas Saint-Michel d'Euzet has excellent facilities that you can use! There is a spacious swimming pool (13 x 6 m) with a large terrace and comfortable sun beds. There is a children's play area with sandbox, swings, diving sticks and trampoline. There is also a petanque court and you can play football. Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in the well-equipped CrossFit box, in the second (25m long) swimming pool or with a walking / running / cycling / mountain bike tour through the beautiful nature.

A common room has been realized in the former stables of the building, which contains a large cupboard with games and toys, cupboards with books for young and old, a washing machine, dryer and a so-called 'honesty' bar with local wines, homemade products and vegetables from the region. allotment.

Within walking distance is an idyllic river with a pebble beach and waterfalls. Ideal for swimming in the summer, building dams or catching fish. In addition, there are many attractions and beautiful villages and towns within easy reach.
All in all an ideal place to have a fantastic holiday!

Hello! At the end of 2020 we emigrated with our 2 daughters (5 and 7 years old) to the south of France to make our dream come true: to set up a small-scale holiday concept where families with small children and sports enthusiasts can enjoy. In our beautiful 18th century 'Mas' we realize 4 luxurious apartments ('gîtes') and we have made two fantastic swimming pools and a CrossFit box that makes our sporty heart beat faster :)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels (also for the pool!) and final cleaning is included in the price.

Tourist tax is not included and amounts to 1 euro per adult per night.

It is possible to book a baby/toddler package (bed, changing mat, bath, high chair, potty/toilet seat reducer).

In case of cancellation, costs will be charged. In case of cancellation up to 16 weeks before the start date, these are 25% of the rent; In case of cancellation from the 16th week to the 12th week before the start date, these are 50% of the rent; In case of cancellation from the 12th week to the start date, these are 100% of the rent.
