Do you like a holiday right on the beach and the sea of the Côte d'Azur? Then our apartment "Le Paradis" is a unique opportunity to realize your dream vacation.

From the stylish apartment you can walk to the plage de la Figueirette within two minutes and you are in the azure blue water. Once there, you can choose from no less than three (sand!)beaches and associated beach bars where you can enjoy the sea, delicious drinks and excellent cuisine. There are beach beds and umbrellas for rent, but you can also choose one of the large free beaches in the bay. Forgot something, or have lunch at home and then go back to the beach. afternoon cocktails maybe?.. It's all possible with this apartment that is so close to the beach and has so much choice of amenities. 

The luxurious three-room apartment of 62m2 for 2-4 people (possibly + 1 small child), has a spacious and beautifully furnished living room with luxurious open kitchen that is fully equipped. There is even a climate cabinet to ensure that your wines can be served at the right temperature. The cozy living room is equipped with air conditioning, music system and TV with Apple TV so you can watch everything you want. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 person. From the living room and the master bedroom, there is a breathtaking view of the sea and there is direct access to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains of the Esterel. The terrace is beautifully styled  with olive trees, lounge chairs and dining table. There are two spacious bedrooms with 160cm wide double beds with comfortable  pocket spring mattresses. Both rooms have ample closet space. The master bedroom at the front (sun) has air conditioning. The rear chamber has an effective quiet fan. In this room, the double bed can also be split into two separate beds. Handy if your children prefer not to sleep together in a bed!  The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower and sink. The toilet is located in one of the bathrooms. 

"Le Paradis" is located in the Infinity building, completed in 2016, directly on the baie de la Figueirette in the municipality of Theoule sur mèr. Through the entrance gate and door there is an elevator to the^2nd floor where the apartment is located. There are no upstairs neighbors. There is also a nice wide staircase which is usually used. There is also a private parking space (height 178cm)  in the garage under the Infinity building. For those who do not always want to swim in the sea, there is a communal swimming pool of about 5x10 meters in the garden of the Infinity building.             

Directly in the bay there is a rental of pedal boats, sup-boards, sailboards, boats, water scooters and catemarans. But it's especially great for swimming and snorkeling in the water. Watching the many fish directly at the beach and the rocks is very worthwhile! Around the bay there is a multitude of restaurants of various signatures. Pizzerias to luxury restaurants. And yet there is much more than beach and sea..!

Directly behind the apartment you have access to the famous Esterel mountain range; a vast protected mountainous nature reserve with beautiful red rocks, pine trees and a multitude of hiking trails and mountain bike trails. The enthusiastic hiker, gravel biker and MTBer can really enjoy themselves here (provided the area is open).
From the baie de la Figueirette it is 6.2 km on the coastal road to the center of Théoule-Sur-Mer, where of course there are more restaurants and beaches. Center Théoule is  10-15 minutes away by car. It is more fun to do this by boat: there is a boat (from July 10 to August 31) from the baie de la Figueirette. There is also a free connection with a small bus to Théoule (Navette). And there is also a regular paid bus.

Trips to the beautiful cities of Grasse, Cannes and Nice are definitely worth it and are also nice and close by. By car, bicycle or motorbike (!) a ride on the famous "Corniche" coastal road to St Rafael should not be missed. The Corniche is usually not crowded here and offers the most fantastic views of the sea and the mountains of the Esterel.
For daily shopping, there is a stall with fresh bread every morning in the bay harbour in high season, which you can walk to in a few minutes. There is also a supermarket a 10-minute walk away
for daily shopping (including bread). For larger purchases, there is a Casino in Théoule-Sur-Mer at 6.2 km, or if you really want to buy in bulk, the Géant in Mandelieu at 11 km.
