Completely renovated holiday paradise in recent years , the entire house and garden have been completely renovated. The house is located on the Giens peninsula and has a beautiful view of the sea, which can be seen all around the house. This is the southernmost part of the Côte d'Azur and has a micro climate due to its location by the sea. The island has sun 300 days a year and is cooled by the sea and the ever-present sea breeze.

The house is equipped with all modern conveniences. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, air conditioning, modern kitchen, approximately 100m2 of interior space and an outdoor terrace of 150m2. The house has a built-in swim spa, its own jeu de boules court, on-site parking, electric gate, and a beautiful landscaped garden. There are also 4 bicycles available. Due to the private location, you will find peace and quiet here even during the busiest periods. It is part of 17 houses in a small residential area. Access to the sea is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car.

You get access to the parking space on your own property via the electric gate. Next to the parking spaces is the beautifully landscaped jeu de boule court and a garage with 4 bicycles. Via the stairs you reach the large terrace (150m2) with swim spa. The garden is landscaped around the house for maximum privacy. Through French doors you enter the open living/kitchen, including a new modern kitchen. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The boat departs from the peninsula to the beautiful island of Porquerolles. Presqu'ile de Giens is known for water sports, charming villages and beautiful nature. Entrepreneur and visitor to this beautiful holiday area for 46 years. House is easily accessible by Toulon/Hyeres airport, a 15-minute drive from the airport. For me a wonderful place to work and relax, to relax in a great climate.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rent includes all amenities in and around the house, use, swim spa control, garden maintenance, receipt rental agent, excluding cleaning costs and rental of linen and towel package.

CANCELLATION

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
