Villa 'Le Bon Temps' apartment B

Villa "Le Bon Temps" is located in the residential area of Minelle, about 1 km from the center of Mandelieu and about 2 km from the center of La Napoule. 

On the ground floor of the villa there are two comfortable holiday apartments, each with its own entrance. Both apartments are officially classified as a 3-star Meublé du tourisme for 4 adults (maximum capacity incl. children: 5 people). . The owner of the villa lives on the first floor. 

The apartments:
Apartment A: consists of a living room with adjoining open kitchen and sleeping cabin (bunk bed 90 x 200 cm), two separate sleeping areas and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 to 6 people, has a private terrace/garden of approx. 75 m2 and is located on the right front of the villa. See for detailed description, booking and photos of apartment A our other advertisement (no. 24720).

Apartment B: consists of a living room (including sofa bed 140 x 200), an adjoining open kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, bathroom and separate toilet. This apartment is suitable for up to 4 / 5 people, has a private terrace/garden of approx. 20 m2 overlooking the pool and is located at the back right of the villa. 

Layout Apartment B: Living room with 2 two-seater sofas (one sofa is designed as a sofa bed of 140x200cm) and 2 club armchairs, flat screen color TV, DVD player, stereo system. Free WIFI is available  in the apartment and there are two movable fans. In the living room there is a split-air conditioning unit with ample cooling or heating capacity of 18000 btu  (approx. 5000 Watt).  Dining bar with 5 bar stools in the kitchen overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob; extractor hood; convection oven, combi microwave / oven / grill; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge with *** freezer compartment. Separate sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and wardrobe. Separate sleeping area with 1 double bed (140x200) and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Total area apartment approx. 44 m2. 

Outside: private terrace/garden overlooking the pool with garden table, garden chairs and a barbecue. Tenants of the apartments can use the beautiful swimming pool and trampoline in the owner's garden daily from May to mid-October from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. In addition, there is also a ping-pong table and a playground (including swings, slide, climbing frame, sandbox) available for children.

Present in both apartments: Full kitchen inventory as well as duvets and pillows. Bring your own (or rent on site): Linen: under (fitted) sheets and duvet covers, pillowcases, beach and bath towels, tea towels, dishcloths etc. NB. For the beach and swimming pool you must always bring your own towels. 

Parking facility: One parking space for one passenger car per apartment on the property with fencing closed off from the public road. 

Transport / surroundings: 
Mandelieu is ideal as a base for tourist excursions. From your apartment you have very quick access (a few minutes) to the A8 motorway. The 'Boulevard de la Croisette' of Cannes (centre) is about 8 km away. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Bus stop at about 500 meters, nearest train station: Mandelieu-La Napoule about 2 km.    

The beautiful fine sand beach of Mandelieu (with ample free parking) is located about 2.5 km sheltered in the bay of La Napoule and offers a view of the bay of Cannes. Due to its exceptionally mild climate and beautiful beaches, Mandelieu has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a seaside resort for years. Golf courses / bus / shops / supermarket / laundry / dry cleaning / restaurants are within approx. 1 km.

Sports facilities: In the immediate vicinity are opportunities for golf (the two courses of 18 and 27 holes are among the most beautiful in Europe), tennis; sailing; surfing; water skiing; diving; bowling; karting; horseback riding; pony riding; parasailing; sea fishing; renting bicycles/scooters, water scooters, sailing and motor boats. In addition, there are many hiking trails in the Esterel.
