When we bought the house, the location (directly adjacent to the nature reserve) was more important to us than the distance of 3 km to the sea and to the village. You can indeed get there in five minutes by car. Of course, our grandchildren like to be dropped off or picked up, but they don't mind walking.

In principle, we are going to upgrade the house a bit in the fall.
There will be a bathroom on the first floor and the master bedroom will have a terrace with a view of the nature reserve.
We hope that by next spring what we have in mind will be achieved.
