Welcome to our comfortable holiday villa located in the beautiful South of France.
In this spacious villa you will find all the necessities for a relaxing holiday.

With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for a family or group of friends. The spacious eat-in kitchen is ideal for cozy meals and has all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious dishes. On the upper floor is the cozy living room, equipped with a Smart TV. Of course there is a washing machine and fast WiFi in the house.

Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and in the bedroom adjacent to the terrace. The bedrooms at the rear are equipped with a fan.

From the kitchen you can walk straight onto the veranda with a view of the private swimming pool and the hills of Saint-Paul. The villa is located on a plot of over 1800 m2 and offers plenty of privacy.

Welcome to our holiday home in beautiful southern France.
After spending many summers in the south of France, we purchased this holiday villa in Saint Paul en Forêt in December 2022.
This summer we will be renting out our holiday home for the first time and we hope that you will enjoy staying in it as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
