The spacious eat-in kitchen is ideal for cozy meals and has all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious dishes. On the upper floor is the cozy living room, equipped with a Smart TV. Of course there is a washing machine and fast WiFi in the house.
Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and in the bedroom adjacent to the terrace. The bedrooms at the rear are equipped with a fan.
From the kitchen you can walk straight onto the veranda with a view of the private swimming pool and the hills of Saint-Paul. The villa is located on a plot of over 1800 m2 and offers plenty of privacy.
