Villa Lou Cigalou: beautiful view

Welcome to Lou Cigalou (= provencal for la cigale = cricket). Our villa is built against a hill and consists of an upper house and an apartment in the lower house (basement). Our detached villa is located 500 meters from the picturesque village of Saint Jeannet on 2500 m2 of land with swimming pool, spacious terraces and private garden. Sea view with a panoramic view from Nice via Antibes to Cannes. Stroll into the village for a baguette or a glass of wine. In the garden the hike starts into the mountains. The Baou's (low mountains) that almost start behind the house provide shelter from winter winds from the Alps. The upper house has a large enclosed terrace of 70 m2. The terrace is partly covered, provides shade in summer and shelter in winter.

The upper house has a spacious bedroom with a 2 person Hästen bed. The loft above the living room has a separate bedroom with 2 beds and the loft has an extra folding bed. Ideal for children.
The basement apartment has a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a living area with kitchenette and private bathroom. French doors to the terrace. The sitting room has an extra sofa bed (top and bottom cannot be rented separately).

The private pool is located on a large terrace (with ping-pong table) and can be used from late May to mid-October. 20 minutes by car to the beach of Cagnes sur Mer and Airport Nice. To Vence 10 min, golf at 30 min and winter sports at 50 min.

Tour de France 2020 starts in Nice now on August 29 and will remain in the vicinity for 3 days. Passes Carros 2x, 10 km from our villa.

Lou Cigalou is also very sporty: walking to the Baou from the backyard or on the Col de Vence. Bicycles in the immediate vicinity or rent (electric) bicycles in Gagnes-sur-Mer in the vicinity are six golf courses.

Our villa is also attractive in the winter period . When the sun shines, and it often does in winter, you can sit on the terrace. Coffee at 10 o'clock, lunch and then a cup of tea at 4 o'clock.
