In front of the villa is the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters and the comfortable new pool house equipped with refrigerator and WiFi. Since there is pool heating, this makes swimming in the early and late season a lot more attractive.
The living/dining room with fireplace is comfortably furnished with a dining table for at least 8 people and a large LED TV (50 inches) with satellite dish (including Dutch channels), Netflix and Chromecast. Free super-fast Fiber WiFi internet is available. The Provencal blue kitchen is very well equipped. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a spacious bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet. On the first floor there are another 3 bedrooms, including a children's room (for 2 children). This can be reached via the master bedroom and they share a bathroom together. The third bedroom (max. 2 persons) has a beautiful view of the city of Grasse and has a private bathroom with shower. Another separate toilet on this floor. The studio, which can be reached from the outside through a private entrance, contains the fifth small bedroom (max. 2 people).
