A lovely mobile home with three bedrooms, a lovely living room with open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
Equipped with, among other things; Air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, NL TV, small dishwasher (from 2023) large veranda. Just built a new one in 2019 that can be completely closed off, so it is wonderfully warm and not humid with lounge and dining area, even in the early and late season. (also rental of BBQ etc... at the park, due to fire risk no coal etc..)
You can purchase a WIFI pass through the park and you can also use the swimming pool. various shops and restaurants in the park.
Mobile home can be rented per whole week. (other options can also be discussed in high season before and after season)

We rent out our wonderful Mobile home at the beautiful KONTIKI park when we are not there ourselves. Located on the famous Pampelonne beach in Ramatuelle near Saint Tropez. The mobile home has three bedrooms and is fully equipped including air conditioning, dishwasher, Nespresso, NL TV, washing machine and dryer. A lovely veranda (new 2019) with dining area and lounge set.
The park has a swimming pool, various restaurants, shops, supermarket and of course that lovely beach. Wonderful vacation spot.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 15.00 and departure is before 10.00 . We ask for a € 200  deposit and this will be refunded if the mobile home is left clean and tidy. And of course if no things have broken. The mobile home is rented EXCLUDING linen, bed and bath linen. It is best to bring this from home. Renting on Kontiki is no longer possible !! Cancellation policyThe landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:In case of cancellation up to 120 days  before the start of the rental period: free of chargeIn case of cancellation from 120 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental priceIn case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental priceIf the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore) than 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period, he or she will not make any use of the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent. WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE ADVISOR FOR A GOOD CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
