La Petite Villa Jaune

Petite Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa with private pool situated in a gated domain a short distance from the historic village of Grimaud. There you will find many restaurants for every taste, two bakeries, a small grocery store, as well as a few wine bars and art galleries. If that's not enough, you can still visit the market in Grimaud on Thursdays or make trips to Saint-Tropez, 10 km away. Tuesday or Saturday is market day there. Pampelonne Plage, with its many beach clubs, is also not far away.

The villa is modern and luxuriously equipped. All rooms are on the ground floor, bright and friendly furnished. The living room has a fireplace that makes the living room cozy and warm even in winter. In the living room there is a large sitting area with TV and music system. Following is the dining room with a large window front that can be opened completely so that you can sit on a covered terrace. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with large double beds (180cmx200cm), the smaller bedroom has two single beds (80x200cm). The windowed bathrooms are modern and luxurious . One bathroom is en suite and the second bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything a hobby cook needs. There is an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine with a dryer and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, so that enough drinks are chilled even in summer.


The villa is in a guarded community on a large landscaped lot. You can enjoy the sunsets and the view of the medieval castle of Grimaud in the covered pool house. There is a lounge area and a dining table with seating for 6 people. The pool measures 7x3m and has a maximum depth of 1.50m. On the terrace you can relax on the sun loungers and protect yourself from the sun with the parasols.
The domain is on the Route Nationale, allowing you quick access to the coast and surrounding villages.
