The Petite Villa Jaune is a completely renovated villa with private pool located in a gated domain, not far from the historic village of Grimaud. There you will find many restaurants for all tastes, two bakeries, a small grocery store, as well as a few wine bars and art galleries. If that's not enough, you can visit the market in Grimaud on Thursdays or make trips to Saint-Tropez, 10km away. There is Tuesday or Saturday market day. Pampelonne Plage, with its many beach clubs, is also not far away.
The villa is modern and luxuriously equipped. All rooms are on the ground floor, bright and friendly. The living room has a fireplace that makes the living room cozy and cozy even in winter. In the living room there is a large sitting area with TV and music system. Adjacent is the dining room with a large window front, which can be opened completely, so that you sit as if on a covered terrace. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with large double beds (180cmx200cm), the smaller bedroom has two single beds (80x200cm). The windowed bathrooms are modern and luxurious. One bathroom is an en suite and the second bathroom is shared by two bedrooms . There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything an amateur chef needs. There is an induction hob, oven, microwave , dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine with dryer and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment that enough drinks are cooled even in summer.
The villa is located in a guarded community on a large well-kept plot. You can enjoy the sunsets and the view of the medieval castle of Grimaud in the covered pool house. There is a lounge corner and a dining table with seating for 6 people. The pool measures 7x3m and is a maximum depth of 1.50m. On the terrace you can relax on the sun loungers and protect yourself from the sun with the umbrellas.
The domain is located on the Route Nationale, which allows you to quickly connect with the coast and surrounding villages.

FURNITURE TABOO : Sofa and bed are absolutely dog-free zones. Please bring your own basket or blanket.
NO SOLO ADVENTURE : Please do not let your four-legged friend run around the property unattended.
LANDMINE DEFUSAL : When nature calls, please swing the bag quickly and do not let your four-legged friend urinate on the hedges around the terrace. The next guest also wants to have a clean and odour-free holiday.
THE FAREWELL: Before leaving, please let the vacuum cleaner dance briefly and blow away the dog hair.
THE DEPOSIT : If you leave our house intact and without a new coat, we will send the money back faster than your dog can make "WUFF".
