Our house is located in Cogolin with a view of the beautiful Grimaud, the authentic little brother of Saint-Tropez. Perfect for those who want to combine the glamour of the Côte d'Azur with the tranquility of Provence.
Beaches (5-15 min drive):
- Plage Cogolin and Port Grimaud beaches: 2 km – family-friendly with restaurants
- Plage Pampelonne (Ramatuelle): 15 km – iconic beach clubs
- Plage de l'Escalet 12 km – quieter, ideal for snorkeling

Good to know:
Location & noise:
The house is located on a quiet and green domain directly on the D89. This makes all facilities effortlessly accessible. The living areas and the south terrace are completely screened off – here you only hear birds and the rustling of the palm tree. The north balcony (with the most beautiful view!) is higher and there you can hear the road in the background during the day, mixed with nature sounds. The road is not visible through the forest. In the evening and at night it is quiet everywhere.
Accessibility:
Due to its location against the hill, the house has several levels with stairs (see photos). The house is therefore not very suitable for people with mobility limitations.
