This beach house is located on the beautiful Kon Tiki resort, right on the beach! The beautiful Saint Tropez with nice restaurants is less than a 10-minute drive away.

There is plenty to do at Resort Kon Tiki; there is a swimming pool, Spa, boutique, hairdresser, supermarket, restaurant, laundry, playground, ping pong, etc. There are also sports facilities and activities are organized in the high season.

The beach house has a front and side garden (fenced) with lounge set and sun beds. You reach the veranda with dining table and barbecue via two steps.

In the beach house (35 m²) you will find a living room with corner sofa and coffee table, a kitchenette, two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. From the beach house you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
The price excludes € 110.00 final cleaning/laundry and € 70.00 interim cleaning for rentals of two weeks or more.

Arrival is from 4:00 PM and departure is before 10:00 AM.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
