In the center of this authentic southern French town on the peninsula of the famous seaside resort of St Tropez, this apartment with a phenomenal view of the sea and the islands of Ile du Levant and Port-Cros. The apartment itself is very quiet just next to the center. A 2 minute walk takes you to a square with a bakery, butcher and supermarket, where it is bustling with cosiness. On Sunday mornings there is a cozy Provencal market, which you can see from the balcony.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2017 and has been completely repainted inside. From the spacious open kitchen you would like to dive into the sea.

A bar top has been made on the covered balcony, which faces south, so that you can optimally enjoy the view in the sun while enjoying a drink and a snack.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. Above the kitchen a mezzanine has been made, where there are 2 extra sleeping places (two single beds). The spacious living and dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen and also has sea views. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.
The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool, with restaurant and bar, which is a 6-minute walk away (NOTE only open in the months of June, July, August and September). The public village swimming pool (paid) can be seen from the balcony and is a 2 minute walk.
The apartment has its own parking space with number 318 in the adjacent parking lot.
A footpath starts across the street and you can walk through the vineyards to the beach in half an hour (10 minutes by car).

An ideal place for a family with 3 children.
Saint Tropez is 12 km away and even in high season it is easy to reach traffic jams over the inland route via Ramatuelle. Other medieval villages such as Gassin and Ramatuelle are also nearby on the peninsula of Saint Tropez. More westwards towards Toulon is 5 km further the more touristic Cavalaire sur Mer.

For 17 years we have come to La Croix Valmer and all this time we dreamed of having our own place for ourselves. In September 2017 our dream became reality: we got our own apartment in the center of this authentic town with a phenomenal view of the sea and the islands of Hyères! In November 2017 the apartment was rebuilt and rebuilt by us. After all these years we continue to discover new nice cuttings and spots in these regions! Erick and Renee

Prices do not include final cleaning of EUR 60 and bed linen (can be rented for EUR 15 pp). Discounts can be given for stays longer than 2 weeks. In high season July and August changeover days possible on Saturday or Sunday in consultation.
