La maison du colonel is a detached villa with stunning mountain views. The river, the Eygues, is within walking distance from the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house consists of a very spacious hall, with the toilet with sink and bidet located next to it.

The very spacious living, dining room of 45m2 has a large leather sitting area, some comfortable chairs, flat screen TV, wood stove and a large dining table with 6 chairs. The fresh, white kitchen (14m2) is fully equipped: Smeg gas stove, electric oven, fridge freezer, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, kettle etc. Washing machine in garage. From the hall, 7 steps lead to a spacious landing, where the 3 spacious bedrooms are located, all with a double bed (160x200). Here is also the bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower.

The house has a beautiful covered south-facing terrace (24m2) with large bay windows overlooking the garden and mountains. You will feel like you are in a postcard. The garden has several terraces, in the shade or in the sun. The river, which can be reached directly from the garden, offers many possibilities: swimming, jumping from rocks or walking through the river.

I, Rianne, am a real lover of France: the beautiful nature, the many picturesque villages, the delicious food and drinks and of course the sunny climate, I found and still find all this in the Drôme.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
