This Périgord house has a welcoming and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor (with a scullery), perfect for spending good times around the family table.
To the left of the kitchen, a door will lead you to a bright living room. If you continue, you will find a hallway giving access to a shower room with toilet and a double bedroom with its own private terrace at the end of the house.
To the right of the kitchen you will find a hallway to access the second shower room and a double bedroom with patio doors giving you private access to the main terrace.
On the first floor, accessed by a staircase from the kitchen, you will find a mezzanine with a billiards, a TV and a seating area. From here a door will lead you to a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the other side, you will find a double bedroom to your left and, at the end of the hallway, a bright double bedroom with a ceiling fan and an additional single bed.
In the garden, a cocoon of nature awaits you and offers you two terrace areas. A first with access from the kitchen and living room for your outdoor summer meals. A second covered terrace near the pool, equipped with an outdoor sink, charcoal barbecue and electric plancha.
There are also swings for children at the back of the house.
