The house dates from around 1890 and is characteristic of the region. It resembles a cottage and is built like a dike house along a rock and therefore has 3 levels. The attic entrance is on the road and via a wide staircase outside you walk down to the front door. On this floor are the living room and the kitchen. One floor below are the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. These two floors are connected by a staircase both inside and outside.
In the attic there is a third bedroom with two single beds and an attic with two single beds plus a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The attic floor is not accessible from the inside, but only via the outside staircase.
The garden is also located on 3 levels and there is a covered terrace and a separate terrace under the walnut tree with dining table. The garden with fantastic views is located on the south and has plenty of sun and shade spots. There is also a large above-ground swimming pool in the garden with a diameter of 4.6m.
