The villa comfortably sleeps 12 people and has 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with fireplace and a spacious dining room with fully equipped kitchen of 60 m², ideal for long dinners with family or friends.
There is also a bedroom with private bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor, perfect for guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms: a room with a double bed of 180 cm and ensuite bathroom, a spacious family room with a double bed of 160 cm and two single beds, and two rooms with two single beds each that can be joined together. In addition, there is an extra bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Outside
The house is located on a partly fenced private property of over 4 hectares with a well-kept garden and plenty of space. On the covered terrace there is a large dining table for 12 people where you can enjoy long summer evenings with views over the hills.
The south-facing private swimming pool of 5 by 13 meters with salt filtration and alarm system offers cooling and safety. Around it is a spacious sun terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Weekly maintenance of the garden and swimming pool ensures that everything is well maintained.

Just 10 kilometres away is lively Montignac, known for its famous Lascaux. Here you will find restaurants, markets and shops. Charming places such as Sarlat and Les Eyzies are also within easy reach. A large supermarket is about 7 km away.
