dead end road with a beautiful forest at the edge of the garden. You are still close to the center of Sarlat. You can also get your fresh baguettes and croissants within walking distance, so that the day can start without any worries! Air conditioning throughout the house.

Interior
You enter the tastefully decorated living room, the owner Hélène has combined flea market with design, you can see the love for pure materials in her choice. The very extensive open kitchen makes this house a picture: you can prepare a delicious meal together with your loved one(s), which you can then enjoy on the huge terrace by the pool. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, one bedroom has a nice double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Be sure to take a look at how Hélène has decorated these bedrooms! Upstairs there is another very nice double bedroom with
en-suite bathroom.

Outside
From the living room you can step onto your huge terrace, which is beautifully lit at night. This is enjoying your heated swimming pool in the beautiful enclosed garden with many palm trees.
