Luxury 2 person gite centrally in the Dordogne. Bright and spacious, with stunning views. The living room, with flat screen TV, has an open kitchen with fridge freezer, induction hob with extractor hood and combi microwave. There is also a Nespresso machine, kettle , toaster and filter coffee machine. The bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed of 180-200 and is adjacent to the ensuite bathroom with shower, ws and washbasin. There is a spacious terrace facing southwest, a wonderful place for breakfast or with a good glass of wine to watch the setting sun.

Together there is a large garden with a pleasant swimming pool of 10x5 with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can also use the communal washing machine. Mountain bikes are available to borrow and there is a BBQ available. Also there are washing machine, dryer and iron shared available.
Within walking distance is the beautiful village of Sainte-Alvere with restaurants, a shop, pharmacy, care post, several terraces and two bakeries

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Excluding tourist tax in accordance with local rate. This must be paid in cash on the spot.

Possibly a pet only AFTER consultation. Pets may not cause any nuisance to other people present, must always be on a leash and are not allowed in or near the pool or in the garden by the pool.
