Additional information

The Domain is adorned with two castles.
The youngest castle dates from the 19th century and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool at the front.
The other castle dates from the 16th century and has been completely restored.
The downstairs room has been converted into a charming restaurant. In this ambiance with original beamed ceilings, a beautiful fireplace and tiled floor our guests can enjoy a delicious dinner.

The two castles together with outbuildings, a closed courtyard, a fantastic medieval setting.
Wherever you look, the vistas, views and brilliant colors in every season give you a lasting memory of Le Domaine d'Essendiéras.
With the restoration is preserved as much as possible. The original function of the building
To find the original stables, blacksmith, the carpenter, the tobacco store and so on.

On the domain are many facilities and you can enjoy many activities.

Within a radius of about 60 km around the Domain, divided into three departments Dordogne, Corrèze and Haute-Vienne is an exploration of this highly versatile area more than worth it:

The cultural heritage and regional architecture has a lot to offer.
Visit the prehistoric caves of the Vezere Valley and of course the caves of Tourtoirac Lascaux or Villars.
Admire the numerous castles in the vicinity of the domain, such as Upper Fort, Pompadour, Segur le Chateau, Beynac and Castelnaud or in the valley of the Dordogne.
Visit the culturally interesting cities like Périgueux, Sarlat, Brantome, Limoges ...

And of course the museums, churches, parks and gardens, picturesque villages or take a fun canoe trip on one of the many rivers ...

Where there were orchards in 2007, is now a beautiful 9 hole par 36 golf course
The holes are situated in a beautiful rolling countryside and provide the player with the most amazing views.
Also golf technically gives the track a few challenges.

also enjoy the cozy interior or on the terrace of the soothing view.
