We would like to welcome you in our idyllic holiday home in the heart of the Dordogne. There where the truffle flies around your ears, the sun is burning and the canoes are waiting for the next guests. The holiday home is located between the towns of Sarlat and Gourdon. The private swimming pool provides a moment of rest and the trampoline takes care of the children. The garden is completely fenced and green, kicking a ball or playing ping pong is part of it during the holiday. The area is very nice to go for a walk, to take a MTB course or to go racing. For the Burgundians among us, it is the perfect base location to hugely famous culinary restaurants. For the sports enthusiasts there is an adventure park, water play park and of course a lot of canoeing in the area. Something for everyone.
The house is equipped with, as good as everything. The beds will be made upon arrival so that you can immediately take a splash in the pool!

After years of searching, we found our abode in France. We have found our abode in the middle of the Dordogne, between the truffles and the canard. We are a young family living in Belgium. We have two children aged 8 and 10 who love coming here.

Explanation of prices

What's included in the price:

The beds are made according to the number of guests. You get a clean house with all the trimmings. You don't actually need to bring anything. Are you in doubt? Just ask.
The final cleaning is included in the price. Bath towels can be booked per person: see below. The swimming pool is heated in high season, in low and mid season it can be turned on on request at an additional cost. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after leaving the house.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, he will owe the following fees:

An administrative fee of 25 euros plus:

15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
50% of the rental price in case of cancellation longer than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
70% of the rent if canceled more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period
90% of the rent in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the commencement date of the rental period.

If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.
