Beautiful and comfortable detached villa with private pool in a quiet area we have been renting out for a number of years.
Complete privacy, large covered terrace with outdoor fireplace/BBQ.
Many tourist attractions such as castles, caves, the Dordogne river and nature lend themselves to the most beautiful walking/cycling and canoe trips. Several golf courses 9 and 18 holes in the region.
Several delicious culinary restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Our beautiful and attractive country house with magnificent views over our own vineyard and hills of the Dordogne area.

The detached house, partly "en pierre" and partly crepie built, with large covered terrace (56m2), outdoor fireplace or BBQ, large swimming pool in a large secluded garden with complete privacy located on a private vineyard in a hilly region with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The house was built in 2006, new partly "en pierre", with rural elements also installed indoors.

The site is almost completely enclosed by a fence and/or a natural barrier with thorn hedges. The site is entered through a remote controlled gate.

Let yourself be surprised and live there for a few weeks as "God in France"!

We, Astrid and Karel, rent out this beautiful holiday home with great care. We have been coming to this region for years and know the area very well. The house was designed by myself (Karel) and provided with interior by us together. The house therefore offers a lot of space, peace and cosiness.

Cancellation is possible up to three months before the arrival date after deduction of a 20% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within three months before the arrival date, the entire rental price is due.
