The main house is on one level, except for the office. The house has 3 large bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious living room with open kitchen, perfect for family meals.
All rooms in the main house benefit from lovely patio doors opening onto a long partially covered terrace which runs along the front of the property and overlooks the garden with stunning views, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the Perigord countryside.
The studio annex is composed of a small kitchen area, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a large shower.
Outside, steps lead up to the heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a small summer kitchen with a covered dining area, ideal for alfresco dining.
The property is air-conditioned and has ample parking.
