Manoir de la Brunie

The Grand Longere stands on the grounds of the Manoir de la Brunie, an authentic 15th century fortified mansion nestled in 4 ha of land with majestic views of the dordogne valley.  Its position is unrivalled being located in the heart of the Black Perigord, close to the medieval city of Sarlat and all the dordogne has to offer from castles to caves to major leisure activities.
The Grand Longere (187m2) is a large renovated farmhouse oozing character with its two storey stone fireplace and exposed beams. It offers 3 double bedrooms, a large living area and pool table. There is a dining area off the fully equiped kitchen with espresso machine, double door full size americana fridge/freezer,washing machine, dryer,seperate kitchen table, kitchen aid mixer and all you need to prepare gourmet meals using the wonderful produce available in the area. In addition there is a seperate games area on the mezzanine level offering a TV,X-box, chess and games. Outside a large private terrace with lounges, outdoor teak table and gas BBQ (gas is supplied free of charge). The Terrace overlooks 4 ha of land with views of the Dordogne Valley and a large heated swimming pool for the Longere's use exclusively. The Grand Longere provides a luxury escape for couples, families or even larger groups (up to 10 people) with the addition of a further two bedrooms available in an attached building.
