The property consists of a large main house that can accommodate 10 people and two independent gîtes, each of which can accommodate 4 people, giving a maximum capacity of 18 people. The price indicated corresponds to a capacity of ten people in the main house. Each gîte can be rented individually at an additional cost. (Please note that all buildings can only be booked by the same group)

This family property with heated swimming pool is located in a small hamlet near Rouffignac, approximately 3 km from all amenities and the weekly Sunday market. The main house has a fitted kitchen with direct access to the dining room. Following this, you will have access to a veranda leading on one side to the balcony with a magnificent view of the valley and, on the other side, to the garden and the swimming pool.

Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. As well as a large dining room with its own bar. From this room, a staircase leads upstairs where there is a living room and a double bedroom in the dovecote. A long corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The gîtes each have a kitchen/dining room, as well as two bedrooms upstairs with double beds and a shower room with toilet.
