The property consists of a large main house that can accommodate 10 people and two independent gîtes, each of which can accommodate 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 18 people. The price shown corresponds to a capacity of ten people in the main house. Each gîte can be rented individually with an extra charge. (Please note that all buildings can only be booked by the same group)
This family property with heated swimming pool is located in a small hamlet close to Rouffignac, about 3 km from all amenities and the weekly Sunday market.
The main house has a fitted kitchen with direct access to the dining room. Following, you will have access to a veranda leading on one side to the balcony with a magnificent view of the valley and, on the other side, to the garden and swimming pool.
On this level, air conditioning is present in the bedroom, dining room and veranda.
Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. As well as a large dining room with its own bar. From this room, a staircase leads to the first floor where there is a living room and a double bedroom in the dovecote. A long hallway leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The two cottages have a similar layout with a kitchen area and living room and a bathroom with toilet, except that one has two double bedrooms and the other a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
You will be able to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces that will offer you a breathtaking view of the valley and the wooded hills:

Please note that for bookings in March and April, the low season, the swimming pool is not open. Contact us for reservations at the beginning of May.
