Charming old country stone property for up to 6 people with private pool. The house is located in a small hamlet not far from the Bastides of Beaumont, Monpazier and the village of Cadouin.
From the central courtyard, the oak front door leads to the entrance hall. To the right of the entrance you will find a small living room, a door leading to the garden and pool area, and a double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.
To the left of the entrance hall, there is a second spacious and bright living room and a large modern Périgord kitchen, well equipped giving direct access to the terrace. A gate secures access to the pool from the side of the house.
You will also find the laundry room and two separate toilets.
From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. On this floor are two double bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
On this floor, a third bedroom with two single beds is available as an option (see additional costs).
Outside, you will benefit from two spaces, the first under lean-to and the second is open and equipped with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is set back, protected by its small laurel hedge. There is also a children's swing below the pool.
