Raphaelle

If you are looking for a lovely holiday home in a large fenced garden, Raphaelle is a great choice. The owners will make sure that you will be received with a nice welcome package. They will do everything they can to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday. The fairly new holiday home with its own studio that can also accommodate 2 people, together with the beautiful new swimming pool and the fenced garden, offers a haven of peace (un havre de paix)... Here you can enjoy a stay with family or friends! Raphaelle is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and nature! In addition, you are also very close to the main sites of the Dordogne, such as the caves of Lascaux, Château de Hautefort, Sarlat and Périgueux. Isn't that ultimate enjoyment?

Interior of the house
Raphaelle has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. There is a large living room of 55 m² consisting of an open plan kitchen and a dining room. The living room is very bright due to the large sliding doors that give access to a large wooden terrace and the garden with private pool.

Interior studio
The studio consists of a large room of 30 m2 with a kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom with toilet. Do you want to cool off during the hot days? Then that's possible in the studio! The studio has air conditioning.

Outside
Around Raphaelle is a large terrace to relax and of course enjoy the beautiful nature! There is a large fenced garden of no less than 2,500 m2! Isn't that wonderful enjoyment? You can also take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. 

Environment
You will be in a quiet and green area. 2 km away from the beautiful Saint-Rabier. Here you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant. At 1 km from another village there is a doctor, a pharmacy, a bakery and a restaurant. You can easily walk this, it's only a six minute walk! Larger supermarkets can be found at 7 and 12 km.

Activities
15 km from the caves of Lascaux, 12 km from the castle of Hautefort, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Sarlat and Périgueux. Guests can enjoy a walk through the marked hiking trails, as well as canoeing on several rivers of our region (Auvézère, the Dordogne or the Vézère).

Attention: in June the price is based on the house only, if you also want to use the studio you pay 200 euros extra per week.
