This detached holiday home of 85 m2 is located on a narrow road 2 km from Montignac-Lascaux. Quiet location all around in the green.
Everything is on one level from the parking / entrance, only the living room is 2 steps down.
Entrance, kitchen (gas stove + oven, fridge with freezer, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, kettle, plancha, Senseo), large living/dining room of 35 m2 with double sliding doors to the balcony, hallway, toilet.
Bedroom 1: 2 freestanding beds 90x200, built-in sink, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: bed 160x200 consisting of 2 beds of 80x200 cm, which are placed directly next to each other (can also be placed as 2 single beds of 80x200), fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath, shower, double sink.
Garage in the basement, with space for bicycle storage. Washing machine.
Always a place in the sun or in the shade: On the terrace at the entrance, or on the balcony (3x8 m).

Electricity.
The rental of the gite includes a flat rate of 15 kWh per night. In principle, this flat rate covers your normal energy consumption of hot water, lighting, kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi. The consumption above the lump sum will be settled with you at the end of your stay (subsequent calculation) at 30 euro cents per kWh. Additional consumption can be caused by charging an electric or hybrid car, charging an electric bicycle, or by frequent and/or long use of the air conditioning.
The cottage has a digital electricity meter, so you know exactly how much you are using. We take the scores together on arrival and departure.
(N.B. Neither in 2024 nor in 2025, none of our tenants have consumed more than the flat rate of 15 kWh per night, with the exception of those who have charged their electric or hybrid car).
