Charming old country stone property for up to 6 people with private pool. The house is located in a small hamlet not far from the Bastides of Beaumont, Monpazier and the village of Cadouin.
From the central courtyard, the oak front door leads into a hall. To the right of the hall you will find a small living room, a door leading to the garden and pool area, and a double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.
To the left of the entrance hall, there is a second spacious and bright living room and a large modern Périgord kitchen, well equipped giving direct access to the terrace. A gate secures access to the pool from the side of the house.
You will also find the laundry room and two separate toilets.
From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. On this floor there is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a toilet.
On this floor, a spacious third double bedroom is available as an option (see additional costs).
Outside, you will benefit from two spaces, the first under lean-to and the second open and equipped with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is set back, protected by its small laurel hedge. There is also a children's swing below the pool.
