Villa Beaumont
Villa Beaumont is a beautiful modern villa in the South of France with a private heated pool and jacuzzi, ideal for 4 people and a baby. Situated on a hillside this property offers fantastic views over the rolling countryside. The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of no less than 6 hectares, guaranteeing peace, space and privacy.
Inside
Built in 2009, this holiday rental in the Dordogne is very comfortable with underfloor heating and complete furnishings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The living room has a spacious sitting area. Adjacent to the open kitchen is a large dining table with beautiful views of the garden on two sides.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:
- The master bedroom (16 m²) has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet.
- The second bedroom (11 m²) has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a small closet. Next to this room is a bathroom with sink and spacious shower, plus a separate toilet.
Outside
There are several terraces around the villa, so you can always choose sun or shade. On the spacious west-facing veranda there is a BBQ and large dining table, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
The private swimming pool (9x4.5 m) has slightly salty water instead of chlorine and is adjacent to a spacious jacuzzi. Around the pool there are sunbeds and chairs, ideal for relaxing in peace and privacy.
Environment
The nearest village, Issigeac, is just 3km away and offers restaurants, a bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy and various shops including a wine specialist and a petrol station.
For larger supermarkets and more amenities, Bergerac (14 km to the northwest) is the place to go. Here you will also find an airport, just a 15-minute drive from the villa.
Please note: Dogs and other pets are not allowed at Villa Beaumont.
