Villa Beaumont

Villa Beaumont is a beautiful modern holiday villa in the South of France with swimming pool and jacuzzi suitable for 4 people and a baby. The holiday villa is located on a hill so you have a fantastic view over the rolling hills. There is a fully fenced garden of no less than 2HA in size.

Inside
This holiday home in the Dordogne dates from 2009 and is very comfortable (underfloor heating) and fully furnished. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The living room with fireplace has a spacious sitting area. Adjacent to the semi-open kitchen is a large dining table with a great view to two sides. The kitchen is well equipped and equipped with an induction hob, convection oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, herbs and spices and cleaning products are provided. In the utility room there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and clothes racks and pegs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The holiday villa Beaumont has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom is 16 m2. There is a large linen closet and a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. Adjacent to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The other bedroom is 11 m2 and has a double bed of 140 x 200 cm. There is a small linen closet. Then a small bathroom with a sink and a spacious walk-in shower. Adjacent to this bedroom is a separate toilet.

Outside
There are several terraces around the Beaumont holiday home with heated swimming pool, so there is always either sun or shade to be found. There is also a spacious west-facing veranda with Weber BBQ and large dining table, from where you can really enjoy beautiful sunsets. Due to the location of the villa, there is optimal privacy around the pool and jacuzzi. The pool is 9 by 4.5 meters and has (slightly) salt water instead of chlorine. This is much nicer to use and, above all, better for the skin and eyes. Adjacent is the spacious jacuzzi. There are sunbeds and sun loungers by the pool, and an outdoor shower is also available.

Environment
The nearest town with all amenities is Issigeac, three kilometres away. Here you will find all basic amenities such as restaurants, bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy and various other shops, such as a wine shop, gas station. Bergerac is the 'big' town in the area, fourteen kilometers to the northwest. There are also the larger supermarkets. Bergerac has an airport which is only a fifteen minute drive away.
