Located near Monsac, an authentic French village, this is the perfect base for all the beauty that the Dordogne region has to offer. With or without children, you can enjoy the region where nature and tourism go hand in hand in a friendly way.
The wonderful climate ensures a sun-drenched stay. In the summer, sunbathe on the outdoor beds with an occasional cooling dip in the pool. The saying "like God in France" certainly applies here!
In spring and autumn it is often pleasantly soft and warm. So that is enjoying the large garden with lots of privacy. From that garden you can walk straight into nature with walking routes along the most beautiful places in the area.
The house offers a wonderful relaxing comfortable stay. It is fully equipped: cozy living/dining room, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with massage shower and wonderful beds in the bedrooms. And don't forget the private swimming pool, open from the end of April to the beginning of October!

The accessibility of the house is good. For example, from the Netherlands, the villa can be reached in a day's drive by car. For example, the distance from Breda is 974 km. And from London only about 1000 km (650 miles)! You can also easily get there by plane. Bergerac airport is about a 20 minute drive away.
