The farmhouse has large rooms and offers enough space for 10 adults. The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen (25m²) which opens onto a covered terrace (25m²) with views over the Dordogne valley (you also have your own 2 hectare plot for this). There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven, a gas stove, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The house is centrally heated. Hotspot is available for Wi-Fi wireless internet. The living room (40m²) has a large fireplace and there is a television with chrome-cast and satellite free-to-air. There is a bedroom (14m²) with a double bed (160*200) with its own WC and sink. There is a bathroom with WC and massage shower on the ground floor.

Through the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two more large bedrooms and one small one. One (24m²) with a double bed (160*200) and one (30m²) with two beds (90*200) and a bed (160*200) and one (9m²) with a double bed (160*200). There is also a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and a separate toilet. All beds have duvets.

The private swimming pool with Roman steps (9x4.5 meters with a depth of 70cm to 2.00 meters) is located between the house and the tennis court and you have a good view of the pool from the terrace. The pool is fully fenced and can be fully enclosed with an approved electric safety deck. There is a 2 person sauna at the pool. The pool can be illuminated in the evening. Present outdoor table tennis, football goal and badminton net. Table tennis baths and badminton rackets are available. Tennis rackets can be borrowed for a fee of 5 euros per week per racket. There is plenty of garden furniture.
