Lacave is a fantastic holiday home with a magnificent view of a nice castle.  This beautiful property has recently been very tastefully restored, spacious and cosily furnished for a holiday with family or friends. The house has both a covered terrace and an open terrace with lounge area. When I arrived here I thought: what a beautiful house, these people have a real passion for the region and a heart for the customer...  Attention: price from the end of August to July is based on max 6 ps (+baby). Availability on request.This beautiful property is about 300 metres from a Michelin-starred restaurant. At its foot flows the mysterious river Ouysse. Here you can put all your worries aside and taste the magic of the moment...

Inside
The house consists of two wings, East and West, connected by a corridor on the ground floor. TV lounge on the mezzanine: two 3-seater sofas, a flat screen, a glass door with access to the terrace surrounded by a large high table with stools. The dining area: a table with 12 seats (possibility of 16 people), open kitchen: a U-shaped counter top with sink, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs and a central hob, microwave, American fridge, breakfast room (toaster, kettle, Nespresso), wine cellar, toilet.

Relax corner: three 3-seater sofas and a coffee table, a flat screen, a glass door with  access to the terrace leading to the garden and the infinity pool (heated).6 bedrooms (one of which has an extra sofa for 2 people) 5 with air conditioning:
First bedroom: double bed 2x90x200, two desks, two chairs, mini fridge, safe, closet, wall-mounted flat screen, Bathroom: Italian shower, sink, hair dryer, towel dryer, bathrobes, slippers.
Second bedroom on the ground floor - 3 steps, a double bed in 2x90x200, office chair, mini fridge, safe, closet, wall-mounted flat screen, Bathroom: Italian shower, sink, hair dryer, dry towels, bathrobes, slippers, toilet, glass door to the outside.
Third bedroom is a children's room (ground floor) - Two single beds, a chair, a dresser.
Fourth bedroom (1st floor) - suite, air conditioning, double bed 2x90x200, desk, chair, mini fridge, safe, closet, wall-mounted flat screen, private bathroom: bathtub and Italian shower, sink,  mirror, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes, slippers. Balcony and view of the castle.
Fifth bedroom (^2nd floor) bed 2x90x200, desk, chair, mini fridge, safe, dressing room, flat screen TV, walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, dry towels, bathrobes, slippers.
Sixth bedroom (attic) - bed 2x90x200, an office chair, a mini fridge, a safe, closet, wall-mounted flat screen, bathroom: a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, dry towels, bathrobes, slippers. Glass door with a small private balcony and beautiful views, separate toilet.

Outside
Covered terrace: high table with comfortable and high bar stools, nice view, second terrace around the heated pool, a sitting area and comfortable chairs around the beautiful infinity, heated pool.

Environment
Lacave is located a stone's throw from the Lacave Caves and just a few minutes' drive from the world-famous pilgrimage site of Rocamadour. The Dordogne river (swimming, canoeing) flows almost past your accommodation.
