1. Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to this property:
- Up to 30 days before arrival date can be cancelled free of charge. The amounts already paid will be refunded in full
- In case of cancellation from 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the rent is due
Cancellations must always be made in writing (by e-mail).
2. Payment
A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of reservation
The reservation is final after receipt of the (down) payment
Any remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before arrival
In case of late payment, the reservation may be cancelled
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 10:00
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed
5. Deposit
There is a deposit of €300, to be paid in advance. This must be paid before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided that:
- the house has been left tidy and damage-free
- no missing or additional costs have been identified
6. Use of the home
The property may only be used by the number of people specified at the time of booking
It is not allowed to receive additional guests without prior permission
7. Parties and nuisance
Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed
Nuisance to local residents must be avoided at all times
In case of violation, the stay can be terminated immediately without refund
8. Cleaning Fee
Mandatory cleaning costs are €150 per stay
9. Liability
The tenant is responsible for damage to the property and inventory during the stay
The landlord is not liable for loss, theft or accidents
10. Recommendation
We advise guests to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
