This beautiful country house is located in the hills along the Dordogne in the middle of a 10-hectare estate. There are 8 bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people. The house has an outdoor swimming pool and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over the rolling surroundings.
The house consists of two parts that can only be rented together, but can therefore offer privacy for larger groups. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace. The adjacent guest house has 3 bedrooms, its own kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to the swimming pool, the garden includes a petanque court, a table tennis table and of course a BBQ.
Down on the Dordogne is the medieval town of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande (3.5 km) with bakery, restaurants and the famous market every Saturday. Here local suppliers sell vegetables, fruit, jam, wine, bread, cheese and art. A little further away is the lively town of Bergerac (25km).
Besides many walking and cycling routes (the Pilgrim route Santiago de Compostela passes by the house) there are many activities nearby. You can rent canoes for a trip on the Dordogne (2 km) or play golf at Chateau de Vigiers (20 km).
It is allowed to bring pets.
