Les Fourcaries is a stylishly restored 18th century farmhouse in the South of France, which consists of 2 interconnected equivalent holiday homes that can be rented together or separately. Les Fourcaries has its own driveway.
The houses are spacious and comfortably furnished, and have private terraces with privacy. Garden furniture and barbecue are available for each house.
Both houses have a view of the beautifully landscaped, ecological private swimming pool, and also each have their own terrace by the pool within the fence of sheep fences. From the caves of both houses there is direct access to the swimming pool.
The swimming pool was built in 2006, and consists of a swimming area (6 by 14 meters, up to 1.80 deep) with a pond with plants and flowers adjacent to the water purification.
Les Fourcaries 1 has on the ground floor an entrance hall with toilet, a spacious kitchen with door to a terrace, sitting room with fireplace and bedroom (with door to a small terrace) and bathroom with toilet. On the attic floor is a second bedroom, in the basement with patio door to the terrace is a third bedroom with bathroom.
On the grounds of Fourcaries 1 there is a trampoline of 2.50 m with safety net (only for 1 person up to 70 kg).
