Wajoet

The detached house "Wajoet" built in 1997, is equipped with every comfort and equipped for 6 people.
Through the front door you enter the living-dining room of approximately 35 m2.                                                                  The open kitchen, renovated in 2023, is equipped with a large built-in refrigerator, convection oven/combi microwave, induction hob with 4 zones, dishwasher, coffee maker and an extractor hood. From the living room you enter the bedroom through the hall, equipped with a double bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe. Also from the hall you enter the spacious bathroom, with walk-in shower and sink. You will also find the separate toilet here.

On the other side of the house are the generous utility room and the garage. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and a desk with chair. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and a sink.           The entire ground floor has white tiles, while the floor of the upper floor is covered with linoleum.

Location of the house 
The detached house "Wajoet" with a garden of 680 m2 is located in a beautiful hilly, in height varying from 90 to 350 m, wooded area in the southeast of the Dordogne just outside the typical French village of St.Julien-de-Lampon.
The house is located on the D 50, about 100 m from the Dordogne river and 800 m from the center. From the tiled terrace at the front of the house you have a fantastic view of château "Roufillac". 

Equipment of the house 
The house is fully equipped, such as WIFI (fiber optic), AIR CONDITIONING,  CHARGING STATION, built-in refrigerator, second fridge with freezer drawers, combi microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Chromecast, double auping bed (180 x 200cm) and four single beds, camping bed and high chair.
The house is offered with BEDS made and FINAL CLEANING.
All 6 beds have single duvets.

The kitchen equipment is very complete so you don't have to take anything with you.
There is no tumble dryer.
Both to the front and to the back of the house is a tiled terrace of 27 m2 and 23 m2 respectively and there is a  BBQ.

The swimming pool
In addition to the beautiful and large swimming pool, of 12m x 5m with a depth of 2m, is the pump house with the purification plant and also a room in which you can sit covered.
The swimming pool will be operational from 23 May to 26 September 2026.
Here you will also find the garden furniture consisting of two garden tables with 4 or 6 chairs, two parasols and two sunbeds for the pool.
In the garage you will find garden tools.
