This chalet with covered veranda is located on a beautiful quiet, very child-friendly castle campsite Le Verdoyer in the town of Champs-Romain. A charming little village in the Périgord Vert, 15 km from the rural town of Nontron. From Utrecht the distance is about 950 km. Ideal for people with children who are looking for nature or peace and quiet, this in combination with a luxury campsite with a lot to do.

Price:
The rental price varies from € 350 per week in the low season to € 800 per week in the high season. This includes gas, electricity and water. Per booking, € 65 is added for the final cleaning. Extra to book:Pet (dog) per day € 5,-Bed linen per person € 12,-

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking is final when the deposit ä 20% has been received. The full remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
