The chalet is located on a 4-star castle campsite in the north of the Dordogne. It is a lovely family campsite where it is great for parents with children in the high season and wonderful for people looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the early and late season. During your stay you can use all the facilities on the campsite such as the outdoor and indoor swimming pool, the tennis court, the shop, the cozy terrace, the washing machines, etc.
We bought this chalet in 2022 and we have done everything we can to make it as beautiful as possible. The chalet was completely renovated in 2022 and looks neat. It is a very spacious chalet (40 square meters) with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and built-in wardrobes. In the living area there is a sofa bed that can also be used for sleeping. The double bed can be detached from each other so that it can be made into two separate beds.
The chalet has a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage options, an oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, gas stove and there are different types of coffee makers.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and large bathroom furniture and a mirror with lighting.
The chalet has satellite television, a spacious dining table and a large (sleeping) sofa. All windows in the chalet are equipped with mosquito nets.
We have built a large veranda at the chalet so that you can sit outside and enjoy the view without any problems even in bad weather. Under this veranda we have a 6-person dining table and a bench with two extra chairs. We have just (May 2024) installed a fixed bbq on the terrace.
In the shed of the chalet you will find all kinds of things that you can use freely, such as lovely sun loungers, a rowing boat, table tennis equipment, fans, etc.
The chalet is located in a quiet spot on the campsite and has a beautiful view over the swimming and fishing ponds. In front of the chalet there are a number of small playground equipment for the little ones.
Your dog is also welcome at this campsite and therefore also in our chalet.
