This detached, luxury holiday home with beautiful views is all on one level, without thresholds and very comfortable, making the house ideal for people with physical disabilities or difficulty walking and depending on a walker or wheelchair. The front and rear access have an entrance/exit. The doors, with the exception of the second toilet, are 83 cm. wide.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. These are equipped with aids, including fixed handles at the toilet and a special shower stool.
At the bottom of the bathroom furniture there are 2 separate handles for the shower.
The house has a spacious terrace with awning at the front and rear. There is also a sun terrace at the back. There are various types of chairs and sunbeds available. So there is plenty of choice to sit in the sun or shade. The large backyard has an area of approximately 1,200 m² and the front garden approximately 600 m².
The total area of the house is approx. 120 m².
The interior is very light, very well maintained and equipped with a beautiful tiled floor due to the many windows. Living room with leather sitting area, cozy wood stove, an HDTV 2021- 43 inch (with Dutch, Belgian, German and English channels and Netflix (you must have your own account for this)), and patio doors to veranda.
In the dresser you will find various games, such as cards, rummikub, yahtzee, etc., and in a drawer there are brochures of all kinds of activities and sights in the area.

If you don't want to be sporty, there are plenty of culturists among us to see, such as castles, ancient Roman villages, caves, gardens.
The bakery can be found in Castelnaud at about 5 km.
A large supermarket Carrefour can be found in St. Cypriën at about 9 km, there is also a pharmacy, gas station and various other shops.

The house is also equipped with a water softener system, which means that the water from the tap is drinkable.
