This detached, luxurious holiday home with stunning views is completely on one level, without thresholds and very comfortable, making the house ideal for people with physical disabilities and with mobility problems and depending on a rollator or wheelchair. The entrance in front and behind are equipped with an on / off ramp. The doors, muz of the second toilet are 83 cm. wide, The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet and is equipped with removable aids, including handles and a special shower stool.

The house is front and rear with a spacious terrace with awning. Behind is also a sun terrace. There are various types of chairs and sunbeds available. So there is plenty of choice to sit in the sun or shade. The large backyard has a surface of approx. 1,200 m² and the front garden approx. 600 m².
The total area of ??the house is approx. 120 m².
The interior is very light because of the many windows, very well maintained and equipped with a beautiful tiled floor. Living room with leather seating, cozy wood stove, HDTV (with Dutch and Belgian channels), DVD, Home Cinema Set and French doors to veranda. Open, modern fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, bread maker, sandwich maker, smoothie blender, coffee maker, Senseo, Airfryer and a dining area.
In the dresser you will find various games, such as cards, rummikub, yahtzee etc. and in a drawer there are leaflets of all kinds of activities and attractions in the area.
Bedroom 1: a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with two single beds. All bedrooms have a fan. The beds are 2.00 m long with 1-person quilts.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, wide sink and toilet. Separate (second) toilet. The storage room is equipped with: a washer and dryer, Weber bbq, raclette / gourmet set, -badmintonset, jeu-de-boules, toys for the sandbox and a small inflatable bath for small children.
For the sports enthusiasts among us it is an eldorado. There are sufficient activities, namely: Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing, survival etc. see below in the additional information. If you do not want to be active in sports, there are plenty of attractions among us, such as castles, ancient Roman villages, caves, gardens, etc.
You will find the bakery in Castelnaud at about 5 km.
A large Carrefour supermarket can be found in St. Cyprien at about 8 km, there are also a pharmacy, gas station and various other shops.

We are Ton and Anneke Braam. This house is newly built and was completed in 2006. Having been active in the wine trade and wine imports are we finally stopped there last year, and now are enjoying our retirement. We now dwell more in our holiday for hiking and cycling. For the period that we are not there, we want to rent our house so that others can enjoy.

De Dordogne-streek is geschikt voor iedereen, de sportieveling, de wandelaar en de echte levensgenieter. In de buurt zijn vele uitstapjes mogelijk. Er zijn kastelen om te bezoeken, mooie dorpjes om te bezichtigen, je kan een kano- tocht maken enz.
Het huis is rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht genoeg bij de toeristische trekpleisters uit de buurt. Wij raden dit huis zeker aan!
Lekker familiehuis waar wij ons direct thuis voelden. 's morgens lekker ontbijten op het terras. Een goede locatie voor veel uitstapjes in de omgeving. De beheerder is super behulpzaam voor als je een vraag hebt.
Een zeer compleet, comfortabel vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht. De omgeving en de tuin met de uitbundig bloeiende lavendel zijn in het echt mooier dan de foto's op de site doen vermoeden. Een aanrader, wij komen in ieder geval een keer terug.
